Important Notices:

• Trainees are not entitled to claim the Golden Guarantee (refund) until after completing the first month, and only within the first two weeks thereafter.
• No refund requests will be accepted after two weeks from the addition of the last scheduled content in the course plan.
• Requests for one-on-one re-explanation of lessons due to absence are not permitted.
• No paid fees will be refunded in case of withdrawal or postponement.
• Trainees are not exempt from paying “Tabby” or “Tamara” installments in case of withdrawal or postponement.
• No excuses or mediation will be accepted in the event of behavioral violations, and the center reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
• Certificates are issued only to citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

Refund Policy (Golden Guarantee):

Trainees are eligible to request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Actual attendance of no less than 80% of the live sessions.
• Submitting the refund request within two weeks after completing the first month.
• Commitment to completing the daily exercises after each lecture.
• Completion of weekly tests at the end of each week.
• For adult English courses, the trainee must be at least 17 years old; registrations for those younger than this are not eligible for the Golden Guarantee.
• No behavioral violations, negligence, unjustified absence, or lack of commitment.
• Refund requests are processed within 21 days from the date of approval.
• The request must be submitted within two weeks only after the addition of the last scheduled content in the first month’s course plan.
