Online attendance through virtual classrooms is considered equivalent to regular in-person attendance.
The trainee must attend at least (80%) of the total hours allocated to the training program in which they are registered.
If the trainee does not comply with the minimum required percentage of electronic attendance, this will result in being barred from taking the exam, or not receiving the certificate, or both.
In the event of absence, the trainee loses the right to claim a refund of fees unless an official excuse is provided. The center reserves the right to accept or reject the excuse.
All beneficiaries agree to this policy upon registration on the training platform. The center’s management reserves the right to update this policy as needed.
