Communication policy between beneficiaries
The Tafaseel Training Center is committed to providing a professional and secure online learning
environment that allows participants to interact positively and exchange knowledge in a
sophisticated and organized manner.
This policy aims to define the available communication tools and channels, the rules and etiquette
of participation, and the procedures to be followed in case of any violation, ensuring a training
environment based on respect and cooperation.
First: Communication tools and channels
The center provides several means of communication between trainees, trainers, and management,
ensuring the highest levels of interaction, including:
- Email – an official means of communicating with the center’s management and trainers for support and inquiries.
- Correspondence within the training platform – messages and inquiries exchanged through the platform’s internal communication system.
- Contact numbers via phone or WhatsApp.
- Various social media pages belonging to the Tafaseel Training Center.
Second: Etiquette of electronic communication
To ensure a positive learning environment, all beneficiaries must adhere to the following communication etiquette:
- Mutual respect – dealing in a professional and appropriate manner with trainers, trainees, and colleagues.
- Use polite and professional language – avoiding offensive language, sarcasm, or inappropriate expressions.
- Focus on educational content – limiting discussions to topics related to training and education.
- Avoid religious, political, or controversial discussions that may cause disputes.
- Do not publish misleading or inaccurate information.
- Protect personal data – refraining from sharing any personal or sensitive information.

Do not promote unauthorized advertising or commercial content – using the center’s platforms
for marketing or promoting external services is prohibited.
Third: Procedures taken when communication etiquette is violated
The following actions will be taken against any beneficiary who violates this policy, depending
on the severity and frequency of the violation:
- Initial warning – a warning is sent to the user explaining the unacceptable behavior.
- Temporary suspension of participation in communication channels in case of repeated violations.

Suspension from the training course – if violations continue, the center has the right to
suspend the trainee without refunding the paid fees.

Final ban from the platform – in serious cases such as intentional abuse or posting content
that violates the law.

Reporting to the competent authorities in the event of serious legal violations.
Fourth: Commitment
All beneficiaries agree to this policy upon registration on the training platform.
The center’s management reserves the right to update this policy as needed.
